Joining Little Lilly’s Big Fight Against Marfan

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us on our agency’s cause helping Lilly Shaw! Because of you, we were able to make a difference and raised $600 for Lilly!

As dedicated #AgentsOfChange, we strive to help everyone we can in our community every single day. When we hear that someone we know, especially when it comes to his or her children, needs an extra hand, we are there to help in any way we can. This is currently the case with our dear friend Allison Shaw whose daughter has been struggling to fight against Marfan Syndrome. Allison has been struggling to manage day-to-day activities while her daughter, Lilly, has been fighting this horrible syndrome.

Lilly, who is only three years old, required medical diagnosis, lab tests, and imaging and needless to say, it’s been a lot for a sweet three-year old girl to handle. On top of all of this, Marfan has heavily affected Lilly’s heart, eyes, blood vessels, and her bones and to treat these issues Lilly has had to go through many treatments just to keep going. Marfan is severely chronic and can, unfortunately, last for many years to come. Lilly now is in need of surgery on her eyes as well as special glasses for later down the road.
