Helping Alivia’s Journey

As insurance agents, we talk with people every day about their lives and how we can best protect them and their loved ones. Occasionally, we come across families who are facing some real struggles and our hearts break. Many of them are having a hard time either due to a medical condition, a natural disaster, or even loss of employment. We realized that we could be a source of hope and support to these families!

So when we heard about the situation of one of our dear customers who is a single mom of two girls, ages 7 and 11, we decided to help! This resilient mom received one of the worst news a mother could receive – little Alivia the (7-year old) was diagnosed with AML (aggressive small cell leukemia) and is being treated with chemo at Scottish Rite. She has to goes to the hospital every 2 weeks for treatments. This family is doing all that they can to make sure Alivia gets the best treatment available but they could use some support.
