FirstBank Mortgage Partners (FBMP) offers full-service professional mortgage products and services that provide residential mortgages across the nation as well as a host of diverse, flexible mortgage packages for smaller community banks through three divisions: Retail Mortgage, Reverse Mortgage, and Partner Services. FBMP, a division of FirstBank, was created in the mid – the 1990s. FirstBank, chartered in 1906, is Tennessee’s largest independently owned and operated bank with 57 locations across the state and more than $2.5 billion in total assets.

Retail Mortgage
Our Retail Lending division is unique. By providing in-house underwriting, closing, and funding, we manage the entire loan process under one roof. Whether Conventional, FHA, or VA, FBMP offers loan options for home purchases, refinances, renovations and investment properties.
In 2002, FBMP began expansion into the Nashville and Chattanooga areas. Four Retail Lending offices in theTennesseemarket were added in 2011. The acquisition of Henger Rast Mortgage in June of 2011 expanded the footprint to Alabama and Georgia. Today our Retail Lending Team has more than 16 locations with representatives in Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia.
Reverse Mortgage
In September of 2011, the Reverse Mortgage Division was created to assist homeowners age 62 years and older to improve the quality of life in retirement. Today our Reverse Mortgage division has more than 22 locations with representatives in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Missouri as well as North Central and South Florida.
Partner Services
In January 2012, the FirstBank Mortgage Partner Services division launched by opening a fulfillment center in Greer, South Carolina. Today the division is active in Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Georgia, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
