Coffey Agencies Announces Alabama Charity Event to Support Nobis Works and Provide Job Training to Disabled Workers

Coffey Agencies, a locally owned and operated enterprise offering insurance and financial consulting services to residential and commercial clients in the northern Alabama and Georgia regions, is embarking on a charity drive to raise awareness and support for Nobis Works.

Since 1977, Nobis Works has built a network of support and education facilities to develop and provide both career training and employment opportunity assistance for disabled young people and adults. In addition to the Atlanta region, Nobis Works operates in 16 different states, and assists a broad range of individuals with all kinds of developmental and physical disabilities.

“Nobis Works has been helping differently-abled people in our community overcome challenges and pursue the American dream for a generation, and we’re proud to support them,” says Cody Coffey, manager and owner of Coffey Agencies.

Coffey and his team are establishing an online social media following to help promote the Nobis Works charity drive, and plan to continue sending out regular email communications to keep supporters informed. Half a dozen charitable organizations operating in Alabama and Georgia have received assistance from Coffey Agencies over the last year. As part of an ongoing charity support campaign called “Agents of Change,” the Coffey team plans to support a new charitable cause every 60 days from here forward.
